In the area of ​​Ladce Beton, s.r.o., Bratislava, operation Tvrdošín, two concrete mixers are in operation. Until now, it has been manufactured on two SB 25 units. It is now in operation 25-year old SB 25 after general overhaul with a capacity of 25 m3 and the second SB 25 underwent a complete reconstruction which was completed in May 2009. The old concrete plant replaced the new MERKO HBS 1T with the program MARKET ELEKTRONIK, as is the case at other concrete plants of Ladce Beton.

The concrete plant is insulated and equipped with heating of water and aggregate and is also equipped with cover covers of gravel reservoirs, which is able to produce even in the winter.

Construction of concrete and demonstration tests of all kinds of concrete is ensured by BetónRacio, s.r.o .. Certification and Testing is provided by the Technical and Testing Institute of Construction, n. about. (TASÚS) Bratislava. Reconstructed HBS 1T Concrete Plant is capable of producing 50 m3 of fresh concrete per hour and is ready to meet all its customers' needs in its immediate vicinity as it is located on the outskirts of Tvrdošín and is also available for nearby surroundings (Trstená, Námestovo, etc.) .

In addition to standard concrete conveyors, we also provide a Cifa pump with a length of 24 m, which is especially suitable for the construction of family houses. For large-scale construction, we can provide customers with Schwing pumps with a 34 or 47 m arm length.
